ClinPhone opens new Paris office

  • 20 May 2008

British pharmaceutical technology specialist, ClinPhone, has opened a new office in Paris, in order to reach out to its growing French client base.

ClinPhone already works with a number of large pharmaceutical clients across France and the new office is intended to provide both its current and new customers with a local point of contact.

Damien Tremolet, director of operations at ClinPhone, will lead the new office, which is centrally located in the business center of the Gare de Lyon station in Paris, France.

He will be supported by Jacques Rudelle, an associate director of business development at ClinPhone.

The company says the new office will help it with their objective to seek market opportunities and growth areas in Europe, as they will now have a first line physical presence.

Steve Kent, CEO of ClinPhone, said: “Having a local presence enables ClinPhone to provide increased face-to-face contact, trial consultations and expert advice in local languages.

“Customer service is a vital part of any successful business and ClinPhone prides itself on providing the best possible support to all of its clients regardless of location. The opening of this new office is testament to our continued unwavering commitment and we are very excited about our expansion.”

ClinPhone has a range of clinical technology, including its newly-launched DataLabs by ClinPhone and ClinPhone Randomisation and Trial Supply Management systems.

Other products include electronic data capture randomisation, trial supply management, drug accountability, electronic patient reported outcomes clinical trial management systems and integration systems.

ClinPhone claim it is the first company of its kind to offer such a comprehensive suite of software and services to the biopharmaceutical industry, with experience in over 2,000 trials.
