Three more wins for Plain Healthcare

Decision support specialist Plain Healthcare has announced three new contracts for its Odyssey clinical decision support products.

North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus, NHS Portsmouth City and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board have all signed contracts for its Odyssey products.

North East Lincolnshire has signed a three-year contract for both Odyssey Reception and Odyssey TeleAssess to help in the management of its out-of-hours service.

The deal means Odyssey is now being used across all of Lincolnshire’s out-of-hours services.

NHS Portsmouth has signed a three-year contract for Odyssey TeleAssess for use in its expanded out-of-hours service and a contract for Odyssey FaceToFace for use in its walk-in centre and minor injuries unit.

Betsi Calwaladr UHB recently decided to bring its out-of-hours service – which covers the whole of North Wales – in-house. It has signed a contract for the use of Odyssey TeleAssess.

Tim Morris, managing director of Plain Healthcare, said: “We are very excited to be supporting [these organisations] in the management of their services and we look forward to working with them in the roll-out and use of all of these Odyssey products.”
