By embedding key rating scales into Psicon’s platform via API, the entire assessment process was automated. Within 6 weeks, the average referral time had decreased from 60 days to 9 days and assessment completion time was reduced by 85%. Psicon’s collaboration with MHS not only enhanced internal operations and patient services but also significantly increased access and reduced wait times.

These improvements have enabled Psicon to scale for future demand and to allocate more resources to clinical care, resulting in a greater positive impact for patients and their families.
