In this webinar, join industry expert David Kwo, supported by Saduf Ali-Drakesmith from Hyland, guide members of Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) in their preparation of digital strategies, based on best practices in and outside of the NHS. Professionals from the industry will lay out todays biggest challenges and David will delve into some key design principles for ICS digital strategies.
Join us and learn how ICSs can use interoperability standards to complement EPR (electronic patient record) systems and fill gaps in clinical data. Also, hear how ICSs should assimilate and optimise management of unstructured patient data, including images from Radiology and other Imaging modalities to help successfully achieve secure sharing across the ICS provider communities.

Saduf Ali-Drakesmith, Director, Global Strategy, Enterprise Imaging – Hyland
Saduf is a Director at Hyland and looks after Hyland’s Global Strategy for Enterprise Imaging.
She has overall responsibility for providing strategy development and functionality for Hyland. Also taking on the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives aimed at growing revenue and helping advance Hyland’s leading position in the Enterprise Imaging market. She is passionate about working with analysts to identify and evaluate market and customer directions shape and grow Hyland’s Enterprise Imaging business.
Saduf has a great balance and mix, of both, clinical and technical skills. With a background spanning over 22 years’ in the Radiology/ Imaging field, including diagnostic reporting/ reading, Saduf brings a wealth of clinical expertise to Hyland as well as deep level technical knowledge in Radiology IT incl VNA/XDS/PACS & RIS’s and Digital Transformation Solutions.
David Kwo, Digital Healthcare Consultant – Ingenuity Services
Former CIO of NHS in London
David has held a number of CIO posts in the NHS and is a leading EPR practitioner in the NHS. He has over 35 years in NHS health IT, working for over 20 NHS Trusts and implemented Cerner, Epic, System C and Meditech EPRs. He directed the EPR implementations at Cambridge and UCLH (both on-time and on-budget) and assisted the EPR implementations at Royal Devon and Exeter, Guy’s and St Thomas’ and Northern Ireland. He has a proven track record in change management for large-scale digitally enabled healthcare transformation programmes. His passion is on shared EPRs across hospitals and non-acute settings.
He has managed high-value IT system contracts worth over £1bn and worked in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He is a former CIO and Board Director of NHS hospitals, the first CIO of the NHS in London and the former head of PWC’s Health IT practice in England.
