The first two headline speakers have been announced for Digital Health’s new AI and Data event, which takes place at the end of October in London.

Ming Tang, chief data and analytics officer at NHS England, will be a keynote on the data stage, sharing the latest developments in the NHS’ national data strategy and ensuring the NHS harnesses data for the benefit of all patients.

Dom Cushnan, director AI, imaging and deployment at NHS England will take to the AI stage to explore the potential and key challenges of safely introducing clinical AI applications.

AI and Data is the new conference from Digital Health, organisers of Rewired. The event, which runs 30-31 October at London’s Business Design Centre, is dedicated to exploring the potential impact of AI and data in UK healthcare.

The conference will include NHS case studies spanning AI, data and analytics, together with key health data research initiatives linking NHS organisations, suppliers and start-ups, universities, researchers and life sciences companies.
