There is a great amount of attention focussing on patient flow. Record numbers of patients are struggling to move through our health care settings, and this is a pattern that is showing no signs of early improvement. Patient satisfaction is falling, and waiting lists backlogs are harmed each day that flow remains challenges. Something that has been cited as impactful are digital flow systems.
We have a panel of people from across the healthcare spectrum of have had key roles in commissioning, developing, or implementing digital flow solutions across a range of settings who will share their experiences in doing this.
With a focus on interactive discussion, this session will support organisations looking to learn about digital flow systems and how to procure and adopt successfully.
